We are so excited to welcome you back! Please read our new policies and guidelines that we will have in place to ensure our spa is always a safe space for our guests and staff.

When booking and arriving for an appointment:

•All Appointment Confirmation Emails will include a list of pre-screening information to ensure you meet our guidelines to safely visit the spa. If you do not meet our guidelines, please contact us and we will happily reschedule your appointment for you. We do ask for 24 hours notice when possible.

•At this time, we will not be offering the following treatments:                                                                                                                                                          Elemental Nature Facial, Aromatic Scalp Treatment, Energizing Eyezone Treatment and Aqua Body Polish.

•When arriving for your appointment(s), please wait in your vehicle or outside the spa until your scheduled appointment time. We will not be able to welcome you into the spa prior to your scheduled appointment time. As we will be offering limited bookings for everyones safety, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment(s).

•No group bookings will be available at this time. Please arrive on your own unless you require assistance.

•We will have hand sanitizer available for you when you enter the spa and will ask that you please remove your shoes and hang your jacket to reduce excess handling of your belongings from our staff. Please refrain from bringing any belongings to your appointment that are not necessary.

•Please bring a mask with you to your appointment. If you do not have a mask, we can offer you one to take home with you at the cost of $1.


During & after your treatment(s):

•Our Esthetician's will be wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and you will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of your treatment(s).

•Treatment stations will be a minimum of 2 meters apart. This means that we will only be using 2 of our 3 pedicure stations at this time to ensure proper distancing.

•All work stations will be fully disinfected between each client and each piece of linen will be laundered after a single use.

•We will not be accepting any Cash payments at this time and ask that you use Tap when possible. All requested receipts will be emailed to you.

•We will ask that you please pick up your own jacket as you leave the spa to reduce excess handling from our staff.


Our cleaning & disinfecting protocols:

•We have temporarily removed all product testers, magazines and fabric seating from our spa to ensure we keep our space properly disinfected at all times.

•Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the spa for guests and staff. We have also added anti-bacterial soap to each of our washrooms.

•All laundry is washed in hot, soapy water and dried completely before safely storing.

•We continue to follow the highest levels of disinfecting for our tools and implements. We have extended our "recovery time" between appointments to unsure all areas of the spa ready for our next guest.
